Wednesday, June 19, 2019, Strive Outreach celebrated National World Sickle Cell Day in Monish Park, Tuscaloosa, AL.

Saturday, September 22, 2019, Strive Outreach hosted its 3rd annual Sickle Cell Awareness event. This event took place at the Riverside  Park in Demopolis, AL.

Thursday, October 17, 2019, Strive hosted a Breast Cancer  Awareness Event, Roxy's Hwy 82 E at 8pm

Saturday, October 20, 2019, Strive participated in Making Strides of Tuscaloosa Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness.

 

​​Volunteers are needed to assist with upcoming community projects. Volunteers will assist with coordinating, planning, awareness, and fundraiser events.

Recent events

On September 20th- October 4th, Mr. DeAndrae R. Sewell was the instructor of Healthy Relationships classes that was held at the Stillman College working in conjunction with the OLLI program of UA.

Strive collected and donated canned goods for Thanksgiving.

In the month of November and December, Strive partnered with local organizations to give back to Marengo Nursing Home and Phoenix House by donating toiletries bags.
